My name is William Ripley. I am a full time real estate investor here in San Diego county. My company also engages in serious Internet marketing. We are looking for a part time summer intern to help us with responsibilities in relation to buying and selling real estate. We also need help with starting our new business ForeclosureDialer.com.

The position is a part time virtual job you must be able to work at least 2-3 hours a day. In exchange for your time you will learn REAL world real estate investing. The most cutting edge Internet and direct marketing strategies. "I can show you have to make money appear out of thin air online"
You will be responsible for. Email marketing campaigns. Data base maintenance of out current clients and the acquisition of the houses we buy and sell.
